Insert a New Row or Column
Method 1:
Select the current row: Shift+SpaceBar
Insert a row (above the currently selected row): Ctrl+"+"
To insert a new column, in Step 1 use Ctrl+SpaceBar to select the current column.
To delete a row (or column) after it is selected, press Ctrl+"-"
Method 2:
Alt-i, r = insert row
Alt-i, c = insert column
If you want to repeat and do more of each, you could just hit F4.
Autofill
Ctrl+R is fill to the right (Ctrl+D is fill down)
Display result of part of the formula
Highlight part of formula, press F9 to display result of that part of the formula
Show formulas instead of calculated values for entire sheet
Ctrl+"`"
